Phase 4:
The body begins to go into deep sleep, the
metabolism decreases and all the organs work more slowly.
It is at this stage that more growth hormone is produced;
Phase 5:
Is the deep sleep phase, when the body actually
begins to replenish energies, recover cell health and produce growth-related
hormones;
Phase 6:
At this stage, dreams occur and the brain retains the important information received during the day and eliminates memory considered useless.
