Avoid large meals and drinks before bed         

                       

Avoid TV in the bedroom, use computers, video games, smartphones or other screens before bedtime, as light can interfere with the sleep cycle     

                       

Make your bedroom a comfortable and suitable environment for sleep: close the door, turn off the lights, keep the temperature pleasant and lie down comfortably.
