Best Simples Stretch Exercises to do before sleeping time

cats-cows -  positioning

 

Get onto your hands and knees together with your hands below your shoulders and knees below hips. 

(This is your neutral position.)


Arch your back by alteration your abdominal muscles, compressing your buttocks and tucking in your tailbone ("cat").


Hold this position for ten seconds.


Let your lower back sag toward the ground,

 rotate your tailbone upwards and stretch the front of your neck ("cow").


Hold this position for ten seconds.


Return to the neutral position and repeat 4 to 8 times.
