Best Simples Stretch Exercises to do before sleeping time - Standing Quad Stretch

 

From a standing position, bend your right knee, holding your articulatio talocruralis or foot together with your hand behind you.


Gently pull your foot toward your butt till you're feeling a stretch within the front of your thigh.


Hold for 25 seconds.


Lower your leg down.


Repeat thrice on the proper, then switch sides and repeat.


Tip: Keep your bent knee in line together with your straight leg.
