Best Simples Stretch Exercises to do before sleeping time - neck stretch finish position

 

Neck Stretch: This stretch works on the neck and higher musculus trapezius muscles.

 

Sit or stand with sensible posture.


Keeping your face forward, tip your right ear toward your right shoulder whereas reaching your left toward the ground.


Gently guide your head towards your right shoulder together with your hand.


Hold for twenty to thirty seconds.


Repeat 3 times on the proper, then switch sides and repeat.


Tip: Use a mirror to make sure you are beginning during a neutral position, with your neck in line with your body.
