tablet, watching TV, or eating.
The bed is only for two things.

dark and calm.
But with the shutters a little open to wake up in the
sun.
If possible, adjust the temperature.
Mattress:
Choose an appropriate mattress, neither too rigid nor too
soft.
Remember that at no other time of the day do you stay in
the same position for so many hours.
