Adopt regular sleep schedules:

Try to lie down and get up at the same time, even on weekends.

 

Avoid sleeping too much during the day:         

Naps, if possible, can help in the mood, but more than 30 minutes (at any time of the day) tend to impair sleep at night.

 

Do physical activity in the morning or afternoon:          

Physical activity is essential for good health and helps you sleep better, but can cause restlessness.

It is therefore best to exercise until six hours before bedtime.

                       

Avoid caffeinated drinks at night:        

Coffee, black tea, mat tea, soda and energy contain stimulating substances like caffeine.

Therefore, should be avoided until five hours before bedtime.

                       

Eat light food at dinner:           

Heavy protein-rich foods, when eaten in excess at night, can disrupt sleep.

Light carbohydrate dishes, such as a natural snack, are best suited for inducing sleep.
